Monica Watt
President

Throughout her 32 years of experience, Monica Watt has developed a unique set of skills. She sharpened her agency chops during the 15 years she worked as President of Elias/Savion Production Studios, a production division of Elias/Savion Advertising, where she worked side by side with Ronnie Savion, then owner and Chief Creative Officer of the award-winning agency. Monica not only managed all of the agency’s production work, but she was also one of the main contacts for Elias/Savion Advertising’s diverse client base.

An integral part of the agency’s support system, Monica had direct impact on much of the agency’s work. She oversaw production of numerous TV commercials featuring celebrity talent like Jerome Bettis for S&T Bank. She helped implement a million dollar national marketing print campaign for Morton’s the Steakhouse. She supervised the building of international trade show booths for the Allegheny County Airport Authority in distant places like China and South Africa and helped launch new radiology medical devices for Bayer Healthcare in Italy, Japan and the U.S. Her client list includes both well-known global and national companies, as well as many local clients in the corporate, education, medical, construction, food service and non-profit sectors.

Prior to Elias/Savion, Monica worked at Hoechstetter Printing for 13 years, now RRD. She spent three years in Customer Service becoming technically astute in every aspect of print production. Promoted to Salesperson and acting as Marketing Director, she spent the next 10 years as one of the top salespeople at the large, regional printer.

Her formative years began at the Aliquippa News, a local newspaper, where she worked as an editor and staff writer, followed by two years as Marketing Manager for 27 Pappan’s Family Restaurants + Roy Rogers Restaurants in Western Pennsylvania. Working with the ever-charming Lou Pappan and his locally famous “And You Gonna Like It!” promise, many valuable lessons were learned including how important a strong customer service program is to growing a business in a competitive market.
